My ISP is blocking port 25.

Digital Beckley has implemented an alternate port for use with most e-mail client software (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc). Our mail servers now will respond to outgoing mail requests on both ports 25 and 587.

You will need to change you outgoing SMTP port from port 25 to port 587.

Instructions on how to do this in Outlook are below, for other e-mail client software, please refer to your software's instructions or help files.
