Our mail system is compatible many smart phones and mobile phone platforms. However, the actual setup is the responsibility of the e-mail account holder. There are simply too many phone configurations for us to stay up-to-date on.

You should consult with your phone service provider to setup access to your e-mail. The below information will assist you.

Account Type: POP3
Account Name: your full e-mail address (myname@mydomain.com)
Password: Your current or active password
POP3 Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Ports: 25 or 587

You must be authenticated to send e-mail. If your phone does not support authentication, you will be able to send OUT e-mail.
No secure password is required.
