During development or testing a site may encounter a server error. These errors can take on many forms or be caused by many possibilities. Please submit a new trouble ticket and describe to the best of your ability what you did just prior to the error. Please include what page you are on.
If possible please either copy the error as shown on the screen or do a screen capture (and upload the image).
There is usually nothing a customer can do to correct this, Digital Beckley will need to provide a developer to ascertain what the problem is and provide a working resolution.
E-commerce problems are given priority.
